Allison’s comprehensive background and education has allowed her to bring amazing amounts of knowledge to her patients. Allison combines traditional and non-traditional interventions for her patients with a great deal of emphasis on prevention through lifestyle and dietary education. The most unique part of Allison’s approach to patient care is that she strives to provide the patient with information and then work with the patient to co-create a plan that is comfortable and plausible for each party. Patients are treated as an individual, empowered to be in control of their own health. Allison’s main interests in women’s health include adolescents, contraceptive counseling, PMS, perimenopause, menopause, gynecological exams and a wide variety of women's health concerns. She is also educated in family practice so she is able to manage blood pressures, cholesterol levels, acute infections, thyroid imbalances and any other issues you would go to your family doctor’s office for.
